Farm Facilities

As Pear Tree Farm was bare land when it was purchased as a horse property, all facilities have been purpose built.

Fences are either post and rail or five wire No8 fences with electrics and outriggers.

The paddocks are all accessible via a central laneway system to ensure the safe movement of horses around the farm.

Facilities include:

  • An 18metre round yard with all weather surface
  • Loading bank
  • Easy access and turn around for transporters
  • Wooden yards at drop-off point
  • Three specifically  fenced foaling paddocks
  • Colt paddocks
  • Stable
  • Lockable tack room
  • Tie up and wash bay
